Tangram, Flushing, Queens

Partnered with F& T Group and SCG America, Tang ram is a 1.2 million-square-foot “mixed-use” development comprising residential, retail, office, and hotel spaces.
Installed fire alarm systems across four interconnected towers: two 19-story residential towers, one 19-story commercial tower, and one 19-story hotel.
Integrated Mircom systems into a major shopping mall, 4DX movie theater, underground parking garage, and luxury amenities including a saltwater lap pool, tennis court, and spa facilities.

Central Park Tower, 217 West 57th Street, Manhattan

Supported Mircom product integration into the tallest residential building in the world, a 131-story supertall tower on Billionaires’ Row.
Installed and networked Mircom systems across three floors of mechanical space shared by retail (Nordstrom), and residential components, managing complex life safety requirements for ultra-luxury residences and private club amenities.
