Auto charging will not work if background communication is restricted by a task killer or power saving app. Please exclude Rakuten Edy app from background settings. For other causes, please check here (http://support.rakuten-edy.co.jp/faq/show/48).
▼How to deal with it
On Sharp devices, auto-charging may not work during sleep due to the eco-technique function. Please use "Normal mode" in the eco technique setting or turn off "Energy saving standby" in "Technical mode" and "Help mode".
