The strategy of the ECWT is implemented in Europe through National Point of Contacts (N-PoCs) that in a similar way to the ECWT are based on collaboration between public and private actors, academia, and NGOs. ECWT/s N-PoCs are selected based on a global framework meeting common, structural, programmatic, technical, operational, and financial requirements.
