In keeping with our core value of public service, ECSO endeavors to make the information on this website accessible to everyone. We are working to ensure all content complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act. We will continue to monitor and update the website in keeping with those requirements and best practices.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

ECSO911 is only partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of our content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. Specifically, some older archived documents posted in PDF format may not meet modern accessibility standards. We are ensuring that any documents posted in the future do meet the standards.
