Eric joined the roofing industry in Arizona in the early 90s as a kid at his father’s commercial roofing company in Phoenix. From driving the forklift, stacking pallets, organizing the nail shed, and even mopping the floors in the office, Eric pretty much got to hang out with roofers his whole life.
Eric’s career started some years later as a laborer for another company, where his dad handled the operations. After just a few short weeks of driving around with his father and learning the ropes, Eric was introduced to the job sites. When he asked his father what to do, JP replied, “Whatever the guys tell you to do.” This is where Eric had the opportunity to soak up everything about roofing.
After cutting his teeth as a laborer, Eric began installing roofs himself. With the company he worked for really caring about their employees’ success, Eric got certified in many roof systems and applications. After installing roofs for over a decade, Eric moved on to sales. In sales, Eric excelled due to his extraordinary knowledge of roofing and the technical side of installations. This allowed him to inspect roofs from a different point of view. Therefore, he offered various roofing company services in AZ to suit all of the distinct needs of his customers.

Posted on Michael Rethman Nothing is perfect but this operation is very good!Posted on joshua moreno I noticed I had a broken mortar joint on my roof and called eco to repair it. Upon inspection the lady sent out said there wasn't any issues with the roof needing immediate attention . I explained I had two broken mortar joints and wanted them fixed . She explained the company had a 750 mininmum fee but she reccomended I wait till I replace the underlayment and do it all then. She said the only issue was my underlayment was a 20 year underlayment and my home was 22 years old . Being a preventive type of guy i chose to have the underlayment replaced. I was quoted 12k to replace it and that included any tiles broken in the process as well as re doing the roof on my covered patio . This was supposed to take 4 days starting on Oct 7th and being completed on Oct 10th . Due to multiple issues there were many delays . Everything from holes in my stucco, broken tiles, bent birdstops, loose and unsecured tiles, paint and stucco repair material on the brand new covered patio roof. All the while their project coordinator Jake no showed on me the first 3 inspections to address issues i had and told me he was only 1 man trying to do 12 jobs while the other project manager was on vacation. Eventually I was switched to Brad who seemed better but still would forget to return calls, forget days he was supposed to meet me, as well as having crews show up without the materials to do the job (ex showing up to replace broken tiles without tiles)that is when they actually showed up. I finally expressed my frustration about having to be the one finding all the issues while the people who are paid to do it never showed up. Even when they did they would either make excuses about the issues I had or have another person do a substandard repair. They literally ripped sections of my roof off multiple times and everytime putting it back together with more issues than before. November 7th they told me my roof was done and because i had just had a medical procedure I took their word and paid the remaining balance. On dec 26th i was out doing yard work and noticed my whole roof line was crooked with some tiles off by up to 4in as well as broken tiles and gaps in between I called Brad who admitted it looked horrible and assured me he would be out to look at it within a week or so. When he came he told me the battons weren't installed correctly and the bottom 3 rows had to be removed, the underlayment needed to be replaced and this would require a full crew for a whole day so he would have to schedule me for a future date.. After he left I contacted the owner to express my dissatisfaction. He told me I was lucky his company had come back 6 times to work on my roof and no other company would have done that. He also said it was due to weather and wasnt covered under warranty. I explained his project manager (Brad) had already come and admitted it was improper installation by his installer and we hadnt had any bad weather or heavy winds. Brad also told me they fired the crew who installed it for what he only described as "issues" . When they came it was 2 guys with no spare tiles and no underlayment. They pulled everything up and put it back together caulking broken tiles together as well as between tiles leaving caulking strung on top of and between tiles in plain view . Even the ridgecaps had visible white caulking between them. I had lifted tiles, cracked tiles, bent flashing, mis match paint from repairs, broken mortar joints,an unever roof line and stains from mortar on my pop outs. Brad told me my roof was crooked not the tiles. They even cleaned the mortar out of their bucket and dumped it in the street turning the black asphalt Grey. We repeated this process multiple times many of which were more no shows Feb 7th was another no show as was Feb 8th I finally decided to dispute the charges and emailed the owner in attempt to resolve the issue. To which he has never responded to this day. I have lost faith in Ecos ability to complete the job and think waiting 4 months and allowing 9 return visits was more than patient enoughPosted on Rajiv Rastogi Eco Roofing Solutions is an efficient team and did a good job on roof - free inspection/ estimate, planning and execution. All of this was done in a timely manner as promised, with effective and timely communication throughout the project. Thanks.Posted on Pink G This company was very responsive when scheduling the estimate. However, after having four roofing companies inspect my roof, they were the only one who recommended a full replacement of both the main and flat roof despite the roof being only eight years old and having no leaks or active issues. The other roofers advised minor repairs and sealing in a few areas for around $800. Based on the significant difference in recommendations and pricing, their assessment felt excessive and concerning. I would not trust them.Posted on Dennis Sarfate We were put in a bad situation by the General Contractor and Eco roofing came to the rescue. I highly recommend this companyPosted on Pa S We recently had EcoRoofing Solutions complete a full roof replacement on our home, and words truly cannot express how impressed we are with the entire experience.
