Our History
The 'Econsult Business has been in continuous operation since 1979 with the founding of Econsult Corporation. Stephen P. Mullin and Richard P. Voith, Ph.D. joined Econsult Corporation in 2000 and 2001, respectively, and expanded the company's scope by providing businesses and public policy makers with new economic consulting services.
In January 2013, Econsult Solutions, Inc. was formed out of Econsult Corporation. Mr. Mullin and Dr. Voith both became President and Founding Principal, and were joined by founding Principals Peter A. Angelides, Ph.D. and Lee Huang. Since that time, the firm has added Principals Ethan Conner-Ross, Rebecca Garvin DeJoseph, Gina Lavery, and Wendy Gabriele.
Our Team
Team members have outstanding credentials, including active positions at the university level, graduate credentials in advanced quantitative and research techniques, hands on knowledge of the public policy process, and extensive consulting experience. The diverse skills of our staff and advisory board enable us to leverage appropriate subject matter expertise, technical skills, and experience for each engagement.
