Founded in 2019, EcommOps was born out of a need to simplify and streamline fulfillment logistics to keep pace with the modern ecommerce economy. The team brings together more than 50 years of combined experience in the ecommerce landscape, providing agile and reliable supply-chain solutions tailored to the unique needs of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands.

Our CEO, Dayu Yang, is no stranger to ecommerce fulfillment. Whether he was developing new products, supervising on-site manufacturing, or creating novel global logistics strategies, his eight years of experience in the global ecommerce space showed him there was a severe gap in the order-fulfillment services market in China.

He brought these shortcomings to EcommOps Co-Founders Maria and PC Yang, and the group quickly realized that having a fulfillment warehouse in Shenzhen was crucial to streamlining supply chain solutions that supported global sellers. After securing a Shenzhen warehouse, a client base of successful ecommerce entrepreneurs ready to trust us with novel supply-chain solutions, and a network of reliable factories across China, EcommOps was officially born.
