Editor: EchoChat is a program that allows you to use the text chat function of EchoLink but provides you with a much larger, easier to view chat screen.
It can be used with EchoLink in either the Single OperaTor or Sysop modes. Type your text into the bottom line, and click the SEND button (or press the ENTER key) and your text message is sent to other connected stations via EchoLink.
The screen can be viewed either double spaced or single spaced, and in the registered version you can save the chat text to a log file. Messages are also time stamped on the screen, and date/time stamped in the log file.
