Regular Registration: Open from June 1st 2026 – July 26th 2026
Late Registration: Open from July 27th 2026 – Conference (Should be possible to buy tickets onsite also)
Registration Fees
What is included in my conference fee?

What costs extra?
Social Events and Workshops incur an additional fee, you can purchase a ticket on your registration form.
Registration Types
Full Registration (member/non member) – Participants will have full access to the conference. Member rate is available to all association members.
Student Registration – Student registration is available for those studying full time and who hold a current Student Identification Card. To be eligible you will need to provide a copy of your current student ID card or a written statement from your supervisor verifying your student status.
Accompanying Person – This is an additional ticket for someone who attends alongside a registered participant but is not involved in the academic or professional content of the event. Additional tickets for social events can also be purchased for accompanying persons.
Registration Fees
Payment is required upon registration. We accept Visa and Mastercard. All payments made must be in Euros (€). Payment by bank transfer will incur an additional administration fee of €25. All payments are inclusive of VAT (the current prevailing rate applies).
Terms and Conditions
Payment Policy
Payment can only be accepted by Visa or Mastercard.
Should you require payment by bank transfer an additional administration fee of €25 will be charged. Payments are made payable ONLY to Conference Partners. Payment must be received by Conference Partners within two weeks of receipt of your invoice. If payment is NOT received within two weeks of receiving invoice, you may be subject to additional charges.
Registration Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations are subject to a €25 +VAT administrative fee
If cancelled before 12 April 2026 100% of the Congress fee is refundable
If cancelled from 13 April 2026 to 12 June 2026 50% of the registration fee is refundable.
No refunds are payable from 13 June 2026 onwards
Please note if you pre-register and do not attend the conference you will be charged your participation fee and will be required to settle any outstanding balances.
Workshops/Technical Tours:
Workshops/Technical Tours are non-refundable.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled before 1st June 2026 – a full refund is applicable
If cancelled after 1st June 2026 – refund is not applicable
Changes, substitutions and cancellations of registration:
Substitutions/replacements can be made at any time and are subject to a €25+VAT administrative fee
Notification of changes or cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the ECHA 2026 Organising Team at echa2026@conferencepartners.com
Cancellation and refund policy:
All applicable refunds will be made after the conference.
Bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all conference registration refunds.
Cancellation of the conference
In the unlikely case of cancellation of the event, the organisers shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation etc. Delegates are encouraged to take out travel insurance when making travel and accommodation arrangements.
Photography, audio recording and video recording
Photography, audio recording and video recording will be taking place at the conference. The release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of this content will be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by the conference, its sponsors/exhibitors and its affiliates and representatives. Please notify us if you wish to be removed from any such materials by emailing echa2026@conferencepartners.com
