Conference Registration

How to register

All who wish to attend the conference must register and pay the registration fees via the conference registration page.

Registration opens on March 20th and will take place via: https://controls.papercept.net/

Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one full registration from one of the co-authors. The registration fee must be paid by the deadline for the final upload of accepted papers.
Papers for which none of the authors is registered by the deadline will not be included in the conference program.

More detailed information will be provided well in advance of the conference dates.

When registering, consider registering for the workshops as well! It is only an extra 50 or 100 euros, and it’s worth it. The workshops cover a wide range of topics and provide valuable learning opportunities. Please take a look at the full list here. Please have a look at the list here.

Registration and paper

Each accepted paper should be covered by the registration of one of the paper co-authors. The corresponding registration fee must be paid within the deadline of the final upload of the accepted paper. Accepted papers which are not associated to a registration of one of the co-authors will neither be included in the conference program nor in the proceedings.

Each full registration allows to upload 2 final papers maximum. Each student registration allows to upload up to 1 final paper. The registrant must be an author of all the papers associated to their registration.

Paper uploads in addition to those included with each registration are possible at an extra cost of €200 per paper. Each extra upload has to fulfill all requirements of a regular upload.

The final paper length is limited to 6 pages. A maximum of up to 2 extra pages (for a maximum length of 8 pages per paper) is allowed. Extra pages require the payment of over-length page fees at a cost of €100 for each extra page.

Pre-conference Workshop registration

Workshops will be held at the conference venue the day before the official opening of the conference. Advanced registration for pre-conference workshops can be done online via the conference registration system. Please note that workshops are: (a) subject to cancellation for lack of registrants, and (b) allow a maximum number of participants.

More details will be provided well in advance of the conference dates.
