After applying a bate stamp to several consecutive pages, can you remove a bate stamp from a single page within a set of pages? Or, does removal of a bate stamp remove the stamp from all pages within the set?

You can't remove the bate stamps once they're applied to the files. I've just tested this but the document I've added was white and that can easily be removed with the help of Photoshop for example. But if the document has other content different than white, then the job is much harder.
Yes, the application works on Windows 7 Professional. I have installed it on Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 on both 32 and 64bit architecture modes and it's running normally.
While it's not necessary to run it as Administrator, I recommend doing it since it might overcome possible issues.
