There are 9 designated workforce areas in Oregon. Each local workforce area is served by a Workforce Development Board. East Cascades Works is the local workforce development board that serves the 10 counties east of the Cascades, including two sovereign tribal nations: Warm Springs & Klamath Tribes. EC Works creates partnerships and offers services for businesses and jobseekers in the East Cascades region.
