BOARD & COMMITTEES

EAPCCT is administered by the Board which is elected by the Members every two years. The Board is composed of the Executive (President, President-Elect, Past-President, General Secretary and Treasurer) and nine members. The Board are responsible to the EAPCCT General Assembly.

The Scientific and Meetings Committee (SMC) are responsible to the Board and General Assembly for organising the content of the Annual EAPCCT Congress.

The nominations committee are responsible for overseeing the process for nominaton of candidates for each of the Board and Executive positions for the elections every two years. They will see nominations from EAPCCT Members at least three months before the General Assembly.

Nomination Committee

Fellowship of the EAPCCT is a discretionary award conferred on EAPCCT Members who have demonstrated distinction in and commitment to Clinical Toxicology and/or to Poisons Centres and who have made significant contributions to the work of the Association, its sister organisations and/or its sponsored journal, Clinical Toxicology. Fellowship is an honorary award that does not carry specific benefits. The Fellows Committee oversee the implementation of the objectives of the Fellows Assembly, in particular the delivery of the Fellows Webinars and other outputs from the Fellows Fund.

Fellows Committee

The Communication committee aims to promote EAPCCT membership and congress attendance, and increase engagement of EAPCCT members with the Association. The committee announces and promotes events and activities of the EAPCCT and Clinical Toxicology at large through social media accounts and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Threads, WhatsApp), preparation of educational and PR materials, and support in the publication of the EAPCCT Newsletter. The Committee participates in the operation and promotion of the society website and webinars.
