About Eadha
Eadha Bakery Co-op is a small bakery in the West End of Winnipeg that specializes in Sourdough Bread and Pastries and strives to be an active and supportive member of the communities we exist in.
We operate under a Queer, Anti-racist, De-colonial mandate and regularly partner with community groups and organizations in this work. As further expression of this mission, we have transitioned from a sole-proprietorship to worker co-operative officially on June 1, 2023, which serves to enhance the equitable nature of our work.

Community
Voucher program: We want the people living and working in the West End who face barriers when accessing high quality delicious foods, to be able to access ours. Our Voucher Program is a project that we facilitate for our customers where folks with extra funds can prepay for food and drinks, and customers who could not otherwise afford it can come in and use a voucher to “purchase” a pastry, bread, or coffee of their choice with no charge, no questions asked. We aim to create a space where everyone can come in and be treated with dignity and have the option of choosing something tasty and enjoying it at their leisure.
Fundraising. We Host pizza fundraisers and donates all of the proceeds to a local community initiative. At these special events, customers are invited to pick from one of two pizzas, which have the choice of being plant-based. Ex. Sunshine House’s Trans ID Clinic. Please inquire via email.
Assisting other organizations fundraising initiatives: We can be a donation spot for various organizations collecting items. For example, books for a book drive fundraiser. Ex. Bar-None’s Prison Bookdrive and Bake Sale. Please inquire via email.
We donate baked goods: for organizations to sell or to provide to their volunteers at their fundraisers. Limited annual availability. Ex. Cornish Childcare Centre. Please inquire via email.
