**AGENTS** your Broker must be a subscriber of the EABOR MLS. If your Broker is not a subscriber of the EABOR MLS, the Broker must submit an application for service along with a New Company Application and applicable fees.

All new members and subscribers are required to complete an application. Applications can be downloaded below. Please complete the application and return it with your payment.

EABOR® does not guarantee same-day account activation. We now reserve a 48-hour period to process applications and create Member and Subscriber accounts.

Applications will not be processed until payment is received. We accept cash, check, money order, or credit cards (with added convenience fee).

EABOR REALTOR® Membership applications must be accompanied by a Letter of Good Standing from your Primary Board/Association.

EABOR Members and Subscribers are not required to use the EABOR Sentri-Lock Lockbox service, but it is available for your use if you have an active license and an EABOR MLS Subscription. That includes Brokers, Agents, and Appraisers.
