I received emails from E2E for 12 years before I finally decided to throw caution to the wind and go along to one of the evening events. WOW! I’ve since attended many of the events and they never fail to WOW! Me.

Since being selected as one of the E2E Female 100 in March 2023, becoming an Ambassador a few weeks later opened up a whole new, wide business networking world.

I've taken the opportunity to attend receptions and dinner and have met inspiring entrepreneurs and business experts.  I have taken guidance from expert advisors and NEDs which has enabled me to restructure my business.  I have asked for The E2E introductions to their partners and have been able to have meetings and discussions both online and in person.

Everyone I have met has been willing to have discussions and share their valuable time.  Being able to speak openly with other business owners make the role of a founder less isolating. E2E is an inspirational organisation and being one of their Ambassador has been inspirational for me and widened my view of running my business.

E2E, the UK's youngest Business Network for entrepreneurs and business scale-ups, has been around for over a decade and I've had the privilege to be associated with it from the very beginning.

For me, an entrepreneur and a business owner for the past 25 years, E2E stands out because of the energy and wisdom of its founders and board, as well as diversity of its members.

It's an organisation where entrepreneurship comes from within, constantly adding new services and events like the E2E 100 which shines the spotlight on innovators and change makers across the UK.

E2E is the go to place for amazing curated events, finding neds, raising capital, business advice and mentorship and so much more.

Firstly I must state that the inception, development and amazing success that Shalini and the team have achieved over the last 13 years is no less than brilliant.

E2E is now the most prestigious and high profile entrepreneur networking organisation in the UK.

I am privileged to have become a member from near the outset (having achieved Virgin Fast Track in two successive years) and for the last few years, an Ambassador. The key value for myself in being involved with E2E is twofold.

Firstly I am hugely interested in finding about unique start-ups especially in new sectors and if there are opportunities to be an angel investor and secondly I derive immense enjoyment learning and hearing of the success stories of UK’s young entrepreneurs.

Also, if I may say, it’s a real pleasure to enjoy such a great team at E2E and the creative, inspiring, informative atmosphere and fellow members!

E2E found and invited me to one of their events almost a decade ago and I have never looked back. The common factors are always present:

- A friendly atmosphere for networking where nobody judges your path, including any failures but always revels in your successes

-A mix of those who can offer helpful advice, or indeed or may ask for it

-A corporate memory of who you are – Shalini is just frightening in this regard

-Introductions (often on the spot) to useful individuals and corporations An enviable line in fantastic speakers who give their often-incredible stories in a free and open fashion, always

Being entrepreneurs, none of us have arrived wherever we are in our journey without picking up scars and bruises along the way. Being able to share those with like-minded individuals is often invaluable, even cathartic.

Listening to the inevitably successful speakers is always inspiring and reminds us we need to pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and head for the next peak, because that’s what defines an entrepreneur.

It was a proud moment to discover Unipart Group's inclusion in the E2E Dynamic 100 track. It was fantastic to be part of this significant initiative designed to showcase the very best entrepreneurial UK companies that are excelling, experiencing consistent revenue and employee growth, and presenting disruptive business strategies, creating an impact not just in their own sector, but also on a nationwide and in some cases global scale.

Having joined E2E has helped me in my business in many ways.

I discovered E2E when I was introduced to Shalini at an event, and I was amazed by the opportunity to connect with so many people from diverse industries. I wasn’t looking for help or trying to sell my business - I simply wanted to connect with others navigating these turbulent times.

Although our business models may differ, many of us are facing similar challenges. Being a business owner can often feel isolating, and it’s incredibly valuable to have a space where you can connect with others who truly understand. Sometimes, just sharing experiences or offering a bit of advice can make a big difference.

E2E has had a real impact on me, and I only wish I had discovered it years ago.
