• How original or creative is the idea?

• Does it offer a new approach or a unique solution?

  PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION & RELEVANCE :

• Is the problem well-identified?

• How relevant or important is the problem being solved?

• Does the project address a real-world issue?
  
  

  EXECUTION

• How well was the project executed?

• Are the methods, code, design, or construction technically sound?

• Was there appropriate use of tools, technology, or research methods?
  
  

  IMPACT & FEASIBILITY

• What is the potential impact of the project?

• Is it scalable or sustainable?

• Is the solution practical and feasible in the real world?
  
  

PRESENTATION

• How well did the team or individual present the idea?

• Was the explanation clear, confident, and engaging?

• Was the visual presentation (poster, slides, prototype, etc.) effective?

TEAMWORK

• How well did the team members work together?

• Was the workload evenly distributed?

• Did everyone understand the project?
