E-File Magic is a tool that can help you fill out, print, and submit US Internal Revenue Service (IRS) forms 1089, 1099, 5498, and W-2G and its additional forms - 26 forms in total. You can create different companies, edit, and import companies and recipients previously entered in the E-File Magic database. After entering the required information for each form you have to validate your recipients: this process allows you to avoid omissions or incorrect information. The 'Print Recipients' screen allows you to separate the recipients that haven't been submitted, uncorrected recipients, and the recipients that require correction. You can encrypt your information before it is sent - which will imply that you will enter a password.

The GPL PDF Creator Software can be also included in the installation process, but after finishing the installation, it generates an error that indicates an access violation and the setup window can't be closed, unless you terminate its process in the Windows Task Manager.
