At Dynamic Tutors we take great pride in seeing our students flourish and reach their full potential.
We started out as three independent GCSE and A-Level tutors in Harpenden who came together to pool our resources and share best practice to give our students the best possible support, and we now work with a team of over twenty tutors, working across a wide range of subjects and age groups, from Year 3 to A-level and beyond. Our Tutors
We only represent the best tutors. All tutors are interviewed and observed teaching an example lesson, are ID and DBS checked, and covered by our insurance. We also keep our tutors up to date with additional training and any relevant news & resources about changes in the curriculum.
We have over 30 tutors at a range of prices including:

Dan – Qualified teacher with 8 years experience up to A level
£50 per hour
I am passionate about all the Sciences but especially Chemistry and Physics. I aim to instil this passion in my students, whatever their ability and past experiences.
Through contextual learning and my detailed knowledge of exam techniques, I have a very strong record of improving the attainment of my students as well as their appreciation for science and belief in themselves.

Emily – First-class Biological Sciences graduate
£47 per hour
I have a strong focus on ensuring sessions are engaging, interactive and match exam board syllabuses. I love designing and tailoring my sessions to a student’s priorities and prepare materials in advance of sessions. I have a very flexible approach to and can adapt sessions in response to student feedback and questions in order to suit a variety of learning styles and abilities.

Jay – Gap year student teaching in school part-time
£35 per hour
I have been tutoring for over two years, and I now also teach maths part-time at Sir John Lawes, mostly working with students at GCSE Level and below. My favourite part of tutoring has to be not only witnessing the gradual improvement in a student’s assessment grades at school, but also seeing the point at which they start believing in themselves and suddenly, the prospect of exams ceases to be so daunting.

Faith – A-level student, tutoring up to KS3
£27 per hour
I received high grades all of my GCSEs (As and above) and am studying for A-levels in English, Psychology, and Politics. I find it tutoring a rewarding and enjoyable experience and I seek to give students confidence and passion towards their learning, by making sessions engaging. I have worked with children in various settings, including having helped out at a local youth group.
