3. Commercial License

The Commercial License is designed for freelancers, small businesses, or agencies creating designs for commercial use. This license includes:

3.1.Permitted Uses:
  • Use in commercial projects for clients, including website designs, social media graphics, branding, and advertisements.
  • Use in physical or digital products for sale, such as brochures, posters, and promotional materials, with a limited distribution of up to 500 units.
  • Incorporation into your design portfolio for professional display.
3.2. Restrictions:
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the mockups to third parties in their original form.
  • You may not use the mockups in large-scale distribution (more than 500 units) or as part of products where the primary value comes from the mockup itself (e.g., selling mockup templates).
  • You may not claim the mockups as your own original design.

4. Extra Commercial License

The Extra Commercial License is perfect for large businesses, publishers, or organizations that require a broader range of uses, including extensive distribution and resale. This license includes:

4.1. Permitted Uses:
  • Use in large-scale commercial projects for clients, including packaging, marketing campaigns, and product presentations.
  • Unlimited use in physical or digital products for sale or distribution, including printed merchandise, book covers, or large-scale advertising.
  • Use in digital downloads or software for resale, where the mockup is incorporated into a larger product (e.g., templates, design software).
4.2. Restrictions:
  • You may not sell or redistribute the mockups as standalone products or as part of a design template where the mockup itself is the main product being sold.
  • You may not claim ownership or authorship of the mockups.

5. General Provisions for All Licenses

Regardless of the license type, the following conditions apply to all purchases made from dxmockup.com:

5.1. Ownership:

All mockups and digital products remain the intellectual property of dxmockup.com or the respective designers. The licenses provided grant usage rights, but do not transfer ownership of the mockups.

5.2. Modifications:

You are permitted to modify the mockups to suit your needs (e.g., changing colors, adding branding elements), but the modified files are still subject to the same licensing terms as the original files.

5.3. Attribution:

Attribution is not required when using the mockups, but it is appreciated if you wish to give credit to dxmockup.com in your projects.
