This bat was designed to complement the patterns found in my book, Petal + Stem, when made in the 6” size. The pattern is also offered in a 10″ size because it has so many potential uses for night garden quilts, Halloween treat bags, or a whole quilt full of colorful bats!

The bat block can be rotated in different directions so that you can make a group of them and still add variety and movement.
