ZAPATILLAS Acabo de comprar las zapatillas FITEC 9709 y el modelo APIS 9501. Todavía no sé como me quedan porque tienen que llegar a mi país. Estoy encantado con el servicio que me han dado. Han sido rápidos en las respuestas, me han asesorado y han sido muy amables. Creo que las zapatillas a partir de un ancho 4E, el 4E no incluido, las zapatillas no son tan cómodas para correr, cuánto más sube de ancho, parece más un calzado ortopédico. A mí me gusta correr y quiero un calzado cómodo. He tenido fascitis plantar y mi problema ahora es de pisada. LLevo plantillas a medida. Me gustaría que en el futuro la zapatilla, aunque sea un ancho 9E o cualquier otro ancho sea cómoda para correr.

Pleasantly Surprised! I am Pleasantly Surprised with my experience with DT Footware and specifically Ryan as he facilitated the process for my footwear selection and ordering. Ryan took the time to understand my needs and wants in the selection process; in addition, he was anticipatory as he fully understood my unique concerns about footwear and suggested various footware products. I am very satisfied with both DT Footware's selection and ordering process as well as the unique quality products offered!

Shoes for arthritic feet I have just placed an order so it is too early to give a complete recommendation for DT Footware. I will wait til my shoes have arrived to give my final opinion. However the order was easy to complete and I immediately received an email explaining the color I requested was not available and a substitution was suggested. I chose a different color and am waiting on a response from DT FOOTWARE. All positive so far!

Good experience with Ryan, your Customer Service rep. Ryan was very helpful in helping me select a shoe size. I have foot drop in my right foot and hopefully the shoe I selected will give me better access to that foot, where I have to work around the posterior strut of my rigid carbon AFO brace. Customer Service reps for other providers were affable enough, but when it came to how to pick out a shoe, they were not as helpful. The five star rating I gave you was for the efforts made so far. I hope there will be more five-star ratings as the shoe selection process moves along.

Just ordered and the purchase was easy. Just bought the Zipper boots. I'm excited to receive them. I'll buy another pair if I like this first pair. I like was I read about these boots.
