Is It Cheating?

Would somebody be being unfaithful to their SO if they made out with a costumed superhero, and didn't know
it was really their SO in a super suit?
Conversely, would their SO be being unfaithful to THEM if THEY dressed up as a costumed supervillain and perpetrated some insane criminal scheme just so that either:
1) They could lure said costumed superhero (really their SO) into a deathtrap and make out with them before leaving them to die/escape
OR
2) They would be "caught" by said costumed superhero and make out with them before being turned over to the police (or making a clever escape)
