Fast and reliable delivery

All available products that have been ordered can be delivered throughout the country by courier of the company "Econt Express" or "Speedy" to their office or to the recipient's address, depending on your preferences. Payment is made by cash on delivery to the courier, and you can see the product before paying for it. You can also make an online payment by card, payment by bank transfer or use a payment scheme of one of our partners.
Our products are shipped the same business day from the date of your order if it is placed by 2:00 p.m. This means that you will receive your shipment the next day after ordering.

The delivery cost for all orders over €200 is a compliment from us and is FREE to an Econt or Speedy office. The delivery amount is actually calculated when placing the order. The Supplier bears the entire risk of damage/loss of the goods during delivery. In the event that damage is found to have occurred during the transportation of the goods, WWW.DRONES.BG is not responsible for the warranty service of this product, and the damages should be compensated by the supplier. What is the DJI Care insurance you offer?

First, it is important to know that this insurance can be taken out up to 48 hours after the first use of the drone and is offered for all DJI drones by the manufacturer. After 48 hours, it can also be taken out, but a verification video is made. You can learn more about the video here. The insurance is offered for 1 or 2 years, with the option to renew. The total period for which you can have DJI Care insurance on your drone is 4 years. DJI Care Refresh is an effective and complete warranty service for your DJI product, providing wide-ranging coverage and guaranteeing peace of mind every time you fly. Within one year, the insurance covers a hit and fall of the drone THROUGH YOUR FAULT, and you are entitled to 2 replacements of the drone with a new one during this period for a small fee, which is different for each drone. Also, if the drone flies away and you cannot find it or it is submerged in water and cannot be retrieved, DJI will send you a new drone for a small fee. If you purchase a two-year insurance policy, you are entitled to 4 replacements. To renew your insurance, you must contact us shortly before it expires and have at least one unused replacement remaining.

Where can I find the drone's serial number?

The serial number can be found most easily on the box of every DJI drone, as well as on the drone itself, most often in the battery compartment. Here you can see where it is located on each drone.

How long is the warranty?

The warranty for individuals is 24 months, for legal entities (companies) it is 12 months, but we also offer an extended warranty for some products. You can read more about the warranty terms here.

What should I do with swollen or damaged batteries?

Swollen or damaged batteries can be dangerous and should not be reused. They should be fully discharged before disposal to minimize the risk of fire or explosion, and then disposed of in accordance with local regulations for safe battery disposal.

Where can I fly and do I need a certificate?

DJI drones have NO FLY zones built into them. If you are in one, you will either be limited to a certain height, or you will not be able to take off at all. Such zones include airports, military bases, prisons, etc. Every drone with a camera on board must be registered on the CAA website: https://www.caa.bg/bg You must register and then add the drone to your account by entering its serial number. A registration number will be generated for you, which must be somewhere on the body of the drone. If the drone is under 250 g, you do not need to get a certificate. If the drone is over 250 g, a certificate must be obtained from this platform: https://drones.caa.bg/ The exam is completely online and free. You create an account and request a date for the exam. They give you all the information you need to prepare as PDF files.

Is there 0% interest on installment purchase?

Do you issue invoices and work with companies/institutions?

Do I need to register my drone?

In the EU, the operator (owner/user) is registered, not the drone itself. There are exceptions for the lightest models - check the official CAA/EASA guidelines.

Is a certificate/training required for driving?

For most cases, online training/exam (A1/A3) is required, and in certain scenarios, A2. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with local requirements before flying.

Where is it forbidden to fly and what are the basic rules?

Maintain a maximum height of 120 m, fly in direct line of sight, do not fly over people and avoid prohibited areas according to CAA/EASA maps/rules.
