At Drone Pathshala, we value the trust of our students and strive to provide a seamless training experience. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which course fees may be refunded or adjusted. By enrolling in our programs or using our services, you agree to the following policy.

1. Course Fee Refunds

• All course fees paid at the time of admission are generally non-refundable.
• Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
  • If Drone Pathshala cancels a course or training program before commencement.
  • If a student is deemed ineligible after verification of documents and cannot be admitted.
• In such cases, the refund will be processed within 10–15 working days from the date of approval.

2. Student Cancellations

• If a student chooses to withdraw after admission confirmation, no refund will be provided.
• Requests for transferring fees to another course or batch will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and management approval.

3. Course Rescheduling

• In the event that a course is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, regulatory requirements, or operational issues), students will be offered the option to attend the next available batch.
• No refunds will be issued in case of rescheduling; the fee will be adjusted for the new training date.

4. Digital Materials and Services

• Fees paid for study materials, online sessions, or digital resources are non-refundable once access has been granted.

5. Non-Transferable

• Fees paid are non-transferable to another student. Only the registered candidate is entitled to attend the course.
