In a comprehensive effort to build a 'future-ready' public health workforce in Meghalaya, I conceptualized and led a series of interconnected, high-impact initiatives supported by the World Bank and the Government of Meghalaya. This multi-pronged strategy was designed to systematically address the state's health challenges by strengthening its most valuable asset: its people.
