Free Shipping is applicable to all orders that comprise bedding only.
Kindly note that if your order includes other items like rugs or furniture, standard shipping fees apply. This offer is not valid for remote areas.
For some major cities, Free Shipping is applicable to shipments with a subtotal of $999 (or $1199 dependent on your area) and above, excluding add-on services.
Please note that shipping fees are charged per shipment, not per order. If you are purchasing multiple items within an order, depending on each item’s estimated delivery, you may have multiple shipments within an order.
Shipping costs vary by location and per shipment subtotal, not per order subtotal. All shipping costs will be accurately calculated at checkout!
We accept the following Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover. You may also pay over time with our partner Affirm (subject to eligibility, please see lending terms at https://www.affirm.com/disclosures).
For customers paying by Credit Card, goods will not be dispatched until full payment has been received. For customers using Affirm, goods will be dispatched once Affirm approves and processes your payment plan (subject to eligibility). Please note that all payments are charged in USD.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, we’re happy to help you do so at no additional cost before your shipment is processed to avoid incurring additional charges. You will receive a reminder in advance that your shipment is ready to be processed, and you will have 24 hours to request changes or cancellation without incurring charges.

In case the items have left the warehouse, a restocking fee will be incurred for changes or cancellations. Details on our full terms can be found here.
Sure thing! Just let us know here at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled delivery dates so we can avoid any rescheduling charges.
Do note changes to your delivery address may result in additional shipping fees depending on the location. You may key in your postcode in your shopping cart to check if we deliver to the new address and also to calculate the basic shipping price.

Do contact us here with photos (or videos, where appropriate) showing the damage or fault and a detailed description. We’ll get back within 2 business days to guide you through the process and work with you to find a satisfactory outcome, no matter how minor, if one arises.
Driftmark Wood partners with Mulberry to provide extended warranty plan options for your purchase(s). You can purchase these plans at checkout, or post-sale via the Mulberry website directly. Plans can be purchased post-sale at anytime between the order being placed up until 60 days after the order has been delivered.
