Welcome to the DREAM Center!
The Delivering Resources, Education, Access, and Mentorship (DREAM) Center is a national technical assistance center funded by the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) of the U.S. Department of Education. We are committed to supporting programs that develop and train special education personnel who provide services under Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) to infants, children, and their families.
