Welcome to The Dragons Den

In the Denver-Metro of Colorado, in the city of Cherry Hills Village, stands a house at 3600 S. Clarkson St.. This was no ordinary house, not in its structure, form or function.  This house was a sanctuary of recovery and love. A house where people gathered to share their experience, strength, and hope with each other so that they may solve their common problem and help others recover from alcoholism.  In 1985 Father George W., Tom S., and Bob M. lovingly opened this house to struggling alcoholics, and named this A.A. club “The Dragon’s Den.”

Thousands of people passed through the doors of the Den in quiet desperation.  An immeasurable number of lives were saved.  ”The Den” as it is referred to by its active members is a place of recovery for the following programs, Alcoholics Anonymous, Al Anon, Cocaine Anonymous, Prescription Pill Anonymous and Overeater’s Anonymous.  Recovery happens 7 days a week at “The Den”.

Starting in October 2025 the Den’s physical location moved from Cherry Hills Village to its new location at 90 E Orchard Road in Littleton Colorado to continue what was started in 1985. The Spirit of sanctuary, recovery and love that radiated from its previous location continues at “The Den’s” new home.

We offer both in-person and virtual meetings via Zoom.
