Dr. Chess is a very simple app to play chess, the classic two-player turn-based strategy game that's a must-have for any Android. Best of all, the app lets you play against a friend on the same device or against a random opponent online.
As far as the gameplay goes, it's very simple: your Android (preferably a tablet) will serve as a board with pieces so that two players can play head-to-head. Playing online doesn't change anything much: you just have to wait a few seconds until you find an opponent, and then the game will start in real time.
Gameplay in Dr. Chess is simple and intuitive. Just select a piece on the board to see what moves are possible: you'll have to be quick, though, because if you take more than 30 seconds to make your move, you lose.
