The app is aimed for athletes involved in power sports such as powerlifting (Powerlifting) and Weightlifting (Weightlifting), but this program will be equally effective for ordinary visitors of the sports hall.
Create a training plan in which the weight can be specified as a percentage, configure training cycles with the calculated weight of said 1RM, store, or just your favorite workout and copy it from cycle to cycle, increasing the weight of the selected exercises.
