This panel allows you to control how AST PRO handles tracking data imported through the API or CSV files. These settings help streamline order fulfillment and prevent data issues.
To access this panel:
- Go to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Settings
- Open the Shipment Tracking API panel

| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| 🔄 Auto-complete orders that come from the API | Automatically updates the order status to Shipped when tracking is imported via API or CSV. 💡 If you use the Tracking Per Item feature, the order will only auto-complete once all items are marked as shipped. |
| 🚫 Restrict adding the same tracking number | Prevents duplicate tracking numbers from being added to the same order. Helps maintain clean and accurate tracking data. |
| 🗓️ API Date Format | Choose the date format used in incoming API data: – DD-MM-YYYY – MM-DD-YYYY 📌 This setting only affects API imports. CSV imports use a separate date format setting during import. |
| 🧾 Enable Log | Logs all API activity for debugging. 📁 Logs can be found under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. |
