About the role

We’re looking for a Product Designer with strong UI/UX expertise to own the full product design lifecycle — from understanding business needs and user goals, to delivering delightful, high-performance interfaces. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to shape fintech products used by thousands of people.

Required skills

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design with proven product ownership responsibilities

• Experience designing end-to-end user journeys for web and mobile applications

• Knowledge of iOS and Android design guidelines

• Proficiency in Figma (primary) and familiarity with tools like Photoshop, Sketch, InVision, Illustrator, and Balsamiq

• Strong experience in prototyping and designing for high-load systems

• Previous work with complex platforms such as marketplaces or fintech products

• Strong English (Advanced) for communication with clients and distributed teams

• Advantage: deep experience in fintech or financial platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead the product design process from idea to delivery

• Transform complex business and technical requirements into user-friendly and scalable solutions

• Design pixel-perfect experiences for mobile and web

• Make strategic design and UX decisions aligned with business goals

• Apply a design thinking approach, rapidly testing and iterating concepts

• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure feasibility and consistency

• Communicate directly with stakeholders on product vision, usability, and branding

• Ensure a cohesive design system for the company’s fintech platforms
