How we secure personal data
DMARC ADVISOR BV takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to counter abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorised modification
DMARC ADVISOR BV has taken, among others, the following measures to secure your personal data:
- DKIM, SPF, and DMARC are the three Internet standards we embrace and use ourselves to prevent you from receiving emails on our behalf that contain viruses, are spam, or are intended to obtain personal (login) data.
- ISO 27001 certification with an associated information security policy which is reviewed annually by an independent external examiner.
- Our systems and workstations use security software, such as virus scanners, firewalls, and other industry standards.
- We use TLS (formerly SSL) to send your data via a secured internet connection. You can tell this by the ‘https’ address bar and the padlock.
- DNSSEC is an extra security (supplementary to DNS) for converting a domain name (e.g. https://dmarcadvisor.com) to its associated IP address (server name); it is provided with a digital signature. You can have that signature checked automatically. This prevents you from being redirected to a false IP address.
If you feel that your data is nevertheless not properly secured or there are indications of abuse, feel free to contact us via our website or at securityofficer@dmarcadvisor.com.
