DM96xx Driver 1.0

DM96xx Driver is the official device driver from Davicom for the DM96xx family of USB 10/100 Ethernet controllers (including DM9601, DM9620, and DM9621A). It enables USB‑to‑Ethernet adapters built on these chipsets to operate reliably on supported Windows systems, providing plug‑and‑play detection, correct interface configuration, and stable wired networking.
