This role is hands-on and engineering-intensive, with primary responsibility for running and owning manufacturing processes, while also driving development work and implementing mature processes into the Plan of Record (POR) flow. **How you'll contribute**
As a UI Designer at GN Hearing, you will have a broad area of responsibility with a primary focus on how we enhance our digital user experience and digital solutions across our various brands all over the world.
+ You will develop a high-class user interface design across digital solutions, focusing on the need to engage with the audience and improve their experience
+ You will collaborate with digital product owners, designers, copywriters, and developers to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences from lead generation to online payments and online customer care.
+ You will contribute by unfolding creative campaign concepts into digital solutions and creating fantastic user experiences.
+ You will define consistent UI components and interfaces in close collaboration with designers and the UX designer based on digital best practices within e-commerce.
+ Create UI pattern libraries and style guides for consistency and scalability

**How we imagine your background**
+ Experience from a similar position in agencies or in-house with similar responsibilities
+ Skills proven by demonstrating a solid UI portfolio that shows your eye for detail with a strong focus on hierarchy, balance, proportion, and digital best practises
+ Experience in designing user experiences for digital products and services, and are used to thinking about both user insights and business goals in your solutions.
+ Experience within B2B and B2C e-commerce
+ Experiences using design systems as a foundation for design
+ Excellent skills in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
+ Initial experience working across various teams and business functions
+ Professional English skills, both in written and verbal form

As an Oncology Medical Partner, you will be a trusted, scientifically grounded bridge between our innovations and the medical community. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who thrives on building deep connections and proactively optimizing medical practice. **The Opportunity**
This is an externally focused role within our customer engagement model where you will drive impact through evidence generation, medical education and access strategies.
**Strategic Leadership & Partnership**
+ Disease Area Strategy: Shape integrated product strategies by providing high-level medical and scientific expertise across complex immunotherapy and targeted therapy landscapes.
+ Stakeholder Engagement: Lead proactive engagement and medical education initiatives with key oncology healthcare professionals (HCPs) and stakeholders.
+ Advisory Boards: Drive strategic advisory boards to gather insights and facilitate high-level scientific exchange.
**Evidence & Access**
+ Evidence Generation: Identify clinical evidence gaps and contribute to the development of robust data-generation strategies, including epidemiology preparation.
+ Market Access & HTA: Provide essential medical value throughout the Health Technology Assessment and local funding processes (e.g., Danish Medicines Council/Medicines Council applications) to ensure patient access to innovative medicines.
**Pipeline & Clinical Excellence**
+ Clinical Trial Support: Maximize local clinical study activities across key Danish oncology sites and support pipeline development.

**Who You Are**
You are a collaborative professional with a passion for science and a commitment to improving patient outcomes in the oncology space.
+ Education: Completed degree in Medicine (MD), Pharmacy (PharmD) or Life Sciences (PhD, MSc, or equivalent).
+ Experience: Prior experience in Medical Affairs or equivalent scientific/clinical expertise. Experience within Oncology (specifically Lung or Colorectal cancer) and hematology is highly preferred.
+ Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the immunotherapy landscape and the complexities of oncology clinical trial design.
+ Languages: Fluent in Danish (for local engagement and DMC interactions) and English (essential for global collaboration).
+ Mindset: Proactive, strategic and focused on building long-term, trusted partnerships.
