DiskUsage is a little application that takes up barely 100KB, and that gives you a graphic and intuitive view of the memory being used on your Android.

Thanks to this app, you can see how much memory each file and folder takes up on your device. All you have to do to see the content of a folder, along with other details, is click on that folder.
