Collect discs and break bricks! See how far you can go without letting a brick hit the red line! It's harder than it looks... This brick breaker is simple, clean, aesthetic, and fun! I work hard to make sure my games are enjoyable and ethically monetized. Therefore, you will find no ads in my game, nor will you find any luck-based purchases, consumable purchases, or play limits. I hope you enjoy this game and compete with your family and friends to see who can get the highest score! Purchase the Deluxe Expansion to add new power-ups, board sizes, and an additional power-up storage slot during gameplay! It is a one-time purchase, and very worth it!

Version History - Added a new theme to the theme store: "Celestial" - Updated some of the theme store preview images to better represent the various themes - Removed the previously-useless board size options for those who have not yet purchased the Deluxe Expansion, and replaced it with a button to direct users to purchase the Deluxe Expansion Fixed the following bugs: - Fixed an issue where the wrong preview image could appear for some themes - Fixed an issue where the default theme could appear as a purchase theme in the theme store 2.2 03/06/2023 This 2.1 update brings adjustments to the difficulty curve of the game. There will be less of an overt difficulty wall around 150, and there will be more variance of difficulty throughout the games you play. Additionally, the frequency of power-ups has been increased slightly. Additionally, the theme store has been updated to allow users to preview themes before purchasing them. 2.1 10/18/2022 - Added the option to "minimize haptics", which makes it so that haptics only play for a new turn and other important actions - Added the option to “disable animations”, which makes it so that all brick, power-up, and coin collision and particle animations do not occur. - Made it so that aiming past the acceptable angle no longer causes the angle to become less shallow - Fixed an odd issue where switching from one board size to another, where one board size's score is a higher number of digits than the other, causes the board frame to not render the correct color - Made it so users will know if a theme which they have not yet seen is in the shop that day - Changed the daily shop selection algorithm to ensure a certain number of cheaper themes are available (assuming they haven't been bought already) - Changed the daily shop selection algorithm to not include additional themes if the ones intended to be listed have already been purchased - Adjusted the rate of power-up distribution to create a more consistent frequency of occurrence across different levels. - Added new “Arcade” themes - Updated the "Seasons" and "Sunset" themes to improve the environment aesthetics 2.0.1 06/11/2022 Disc Brick has been updated to version 2.0! The entire game has been re-built from the ground up. Gameplay has been refined, performance has been improved, aesthetics have been reworked, and a number of additional features have been added. A new, purchasable "Deluxe Game Expansion" brings new additions to the game, including new power-ups, different board sizes, and one additional power-up slot during gameplay! Some new themes have also been added. Please try out the new game and experience all of the new features! 2.0 06/03/2022 First off, I would like to thank everyone who occasionally keeps in contact with me about the game. It means a lot to me that people are willing to support such a simple game like this—and my first game, no less. I love to be able to bring what I consider monetarily ethical games to the mobile world that don't rely on addictive practices and compulsive purchasing models. I love getting feedback, and I love seeing the pictures of high scores you are getting. Thank you so much! I am always surprised to see how many people are able to achieve scores of 200 or higher. I didn't really expect that when I made the game. Therefore, I'm trying to adjust the "late game" element to appease as many players as possible. After reviewing some feedback on the recent change of the difficult curve of the post-200 game, I've gone ahead and moved those adjustments back to level 300. Along with this, other minor adjustments have made the difficult curve more gradual and smooth, but all of these changes only apply to the late game. Again, thank you for the feedback and support—it means a lot. Please keep your eyes open, because I am working on other small games that will be distributed in the coming months. 1.2.4 06/07/2020 Adjusted the difficulty curve in two ways requested by helpful user feedback: (1) 2x power-ups start showing up earlier, and (2) the post-200 game becomes increasingly more challenging, as to prevent indefinite gameplay for the rare few that manage to make it that far. 1.2.3 06/04/2020 Adjusted power-up distribution so that the Spray power-up will cease to appear once the 2x power-up starts appearing. This prevents players from feeling like they're being punished for reserving power-ups. 1.2.1 03/03/2020 This update includes one new power-up and one new theme. New Power-up: Spray—Spread your discs around to clear out a cluttered game board! Use this power-up to send your discs in a variety of directions around your aim line. New Theme: Sunset—This beautiful, bright theme is a modern representation of colors in the sunset. It is clean and attractive, focusing primarily on warm colors. 1.2 02/25/2020 This update adds a few small but highly-requested features and quality-of-life improvements: - Users can now mute the game audio via the in-game menu. - Clearing the board of all bricks now rewards you with a bonus disc! This only happens if the turn starts with 3 or more bricks on the board. - When collecting discs, the board will display the number in a "+1" fashion. 1.1 01/15/2020 Adjusted some elements of the game, such as making the double-power-up item not show up sequentially. Also, reduced the file size of the app. 1.0.2 09/18/2019 Some small adjustments were made to the aiming mechanism. Specifically, the amount of swiping movement required to initialize aiming is decreased by 50%, and once the player has initialize aiming, the orientation of aiming (whether it is pull-forward or pull-back) is locked for that aim, unless the user moves to cancel their movement. 1.0.1 09/01/2019 1.0 08/30/2019
