Details:
Leon’s father claimed that he had been mugged, and that Leon had fallen into the River Ache, where he was found dead from drowning and a head injury. However, investigators believed Leon’s father faked the mugging in order to cover up Leon’s murder.

Leon’s favorite toy was a huge stuffed lion. He loved bubbles and “everything that spins”.

Felicity-May Harvey

Details:
Felicity-May died from being shaken hard. After her father was arrested on suspicion of murder, the prosecution said he had killed her; but the defense said her mother had done it, because she was growing frustrated with feeding Felicity. Acquittal of Felicity-May’s father left the case officially an unsolved murder.

Felicity was a content, alert baby who was known for taking in the world through her big blue eyes.

Case Status:
Darin Harvey (Father) was charged with murder but acquitted in a jury trial. Felicity-May’s death is still categorized as a homicide by abuse, but no one else has been arrested.
