Our team has over 80 years of combined experience in the vacation rental industry. We have a wide range of skills and expertise, including operations, business ownership, marketing, vendor relations, and deep technology development with a focus on business analytics and marketing for the vacation rental and resort industries.
Chris Walker
CEO and Co-Founder
Chris has over 35 years of experience in hospitality and real estate, equipping him to provide top-notch services. His passion and strong reputation have led to a successful real estate and vacation rental business, along with the development of Booking Insights, LLC.
Josh Szatmari
CTO and Co-Founder
Josh is a veteran of the vacation rental tech industry with over 20 years of experience. He has worked on building vacation rental websites, booking engines, property management systems, as well as managing digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and analytics.
He holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Physics and Statistics, an Engineering Degree, and a Revenue Management degree from Cornell, along with certifications from Microsoft and Google.
