Dirac Audio Processor by Dirac Research AB is a system-wide audio processing application that brings Dirac’s acclaimed room correction and speaker optimization to your computer. It routes all audio from your Windows or macOS system through a virtual audio device, applying precision filters created with the Dirac Live calibration tool to improve clarity, imaging, and bass consistency in any listening space.

Designed for both stereo and multichannel setups, Dirac Audio Processor lets you load multiple filter profiles, switch presets on the fly, and manage latency or bypass processing as needed. It supports automatic sample-rate handling and integrates with common audio frameworks (such as Core Audio on macOS and WASAPI/ASIO on Windows) for broad compatibility with music players, video apps, games, and professional audio software.

With an appropriate license, the processor can also apply Dirac Live Bass Control, enabling superior subwoofer and speaker integration across seats. Whether you’re perfecting a desktop listening rig, a home theater, or a production workstation, Dirac Audio Processor delivers a cleaner, more accurate soundstage without changing your existing hardware.

Note: Filter creation and calibration require the separate Dirac Live application and a compatible measurement microphone.
