Welcome to the Episcopal Diocese of New York
Our Diocese is local – 190 congregations, chaplaincies, and schools across ten counties from Staten Island to Tivoli. God’s story for us now is the renewal of the Church for the healing of the world – and we experience renewal and healing through our local communities.

Common Mission Share
Re-imagining our financial model represents one of our 5-year Mission Priorities. The Mission Resource Task Force began work last summer to help us broaden resources for mission and move from an apportioned share to a common mission share that will be fair, equitable, and sustainable across all our congregations.
