Medical Insurance Plans

For information on plans that are offered, click here to view “Benefit Details at a Glance.”
Prescription Coverage
- With the Traditional Plan, prescription coverage is through Express Scripts. There are co-pay amounts depending on if your prescription is filled with a generic or a name-brand drug. If you are on a maintenance drug, you can fill at the retail pharmacy three times, and then you must do a 90-day mail order.
- Under the HDHP, coverage is through Anthem and the charges are applied to your deductible. Once satisfied, you pay 20% at the retail pharmacy or 20% for mail order. Mail order coverage is through Ingeniorx.
