    Place all cassettes on the tray, open them, and insert the prostate cores.
  • Patent-approved
    Place up to 3 prostate cores in a cassette. Cassette prevents fragmentation loss & maintains tissue quality.
  • Smart Cassette Tracking
    Digital Chain of Custody from collection to the lab.
  • Pack and Ship
    For transportation, place the cassettes with cores into a jar containing formalin. Ship the kit back.
  • AI Core measurement
    At the grossing station, TWO-D’s AI-enabled image-capture system takes over —photographing each core, measuring it precisely, and logging all data and images directly into the LIS.
  • No tissue picking
    Unlike traditional methods, TWO-D keeps the specimen within its original cassette throughout fixation, processing, and embedding.

    Multiple specimens can be batched onto a single slide, reducing the total slides while maintaining accuracy.

    Each digital specimen receives a unique alphanumeric ID, A, B, or C, ensuring every digital slide corresponds precisely to its cassette and biopsy site.
