2015

Digital Present began in a small, aging office in Skopje, where we opened our first web development studio and started working with our earliest local clients. In those first days, our CTO made one very specific request: an original 1989 IBM keyboard.
That keyboard became a symbol of our beginnings and the mindset we set from day one. We still keep it today as a reminder of where we started and the standards we chose to follow.

2016

Our first international client arrived from Belgium. What began as a small e-commerce store with ambitious plans gradually evolved into a major reseller marketplace representing well known European brands. The project continued to grow for years and ultimately resulted in a successful exit in the early 2020s.

2017

This year we welcomed our first team member outside the founding circle, and the first powerhouse woman in the studio, Nadja. She joined as a social media designer and quickly grew into our lead designer. Today she leads the creative direction of Digital Present, shaping the UX thinking behind every project.

2018

A defining year for the studio. We secured our first US client, a well known SAP company based in Texas, marking an important step in our international and US growth.
At the same time we launched our first product, Sing2Bling, an online music competition platform that was successfully sold the following year.

2019

Our design direction evolved dramatically as we embraced interactive and immersive web experiences during the golden era of experimental web design. That year we earned our first Awwwards Honorable Mention for our first 3D driven website, an early recognition of our creative ambitions.

2020

For the first time, the team attended the Awwwards Conference together. It was meant to be a moment of celebration as we approached our fifth anniversary.

Then COVID arrived, and the world changed overnight. The celebration never happened, but the experience reshaped how we approached the future.

2021

After the pandemic period we returned stronger, expanding the team and reaching a major milestone: 100 projects delivered.
That year we also welcomed a globally recognized automotive brand as a client and earned another international design awwward for the work we delivered.

2022

Our exploration of advanced 3D and interactive storytelling reached a new level with the Poseidon’s Moringa project.

The website received three international design awards from CSS Design Awards and Awwwards and was featured on Muzli as a handpicked inspiration, significantly increasing our visibility among global design studios.

2023

We launched a complete rebrand and a new website ahead of our 10 year anniversary, clearly positioning Digital Present among a new generation of global agencies.
During the same period we expanded our international presence by opening our US office in West Virginia.

2024

A long standing ambition finally became reality as we began building products of our own. After years of developing platforms for clients, one part of our team started shaping our own product roadmap, applying the same discipline, craftsmanship, and UX obsession we had developed over the years.

2025

This year marked both a milestone and a celebration of our craft. Our work for Superfile launched as a next level storytelling website, while we celebrated the ten year anniversary of Digital Present.
The project earned our first Site of the Day, a defining recognition that reflected how far the studio had come.

2026

Now we are past 300 projects, stepping into a new era with a new website, fresh energy, and everything we have learned sharpened into one direction. More clarity, more experience, and bigger ambition for what comes next.
