Digital NEST Inc. is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization and your donation is tax-deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law. Donations before midnight, December 31, 2025 count toward 2025 tax returns. To claim a donation as a deduction on your U.S. taxes, (up to $1,000 for single filers or $2,000 for married couples filing jointly) donate on or after January 1, 2026. Please keep your email donation receipt as your official record. We’ll send it to you upon successful completion of your donation.
