We help small organisations build the skills, confidence, and networks needed to thrive, today and in the future.
We do this by connecting them with skilled volunteers, peers, and trusted partners who share knowledge and help them grow, because when small businesses and charities succeed, our communities and the wider economy do too.
Our Story
Digital Boost started as an experiment. We saw a clear challenge: the UK’s smallest organisations were struggling to navigate an increasingly complex and digital world. Most online training was too generic, and traditional support models weren’t reaching those who needed help the most.
We set out to rethink the model. Could we convince talented people to share their knowledge with those who need it, for free? Would leading companies focus their resources and social value goals on powering the small businesses and charities that fuel our communities and economy?
Happily, the answer is yes. Our community of 5,000+ volunteers and brilliant partners has come together to help 36,000+ businesses (so far!) deliver measurable improvements in confidence, digital adoption, and productivity. What started as a test has grown into a movement.
Our work is more important than ever. The challenges small businesses and charities face are big and growing. They need help to be financially resilient, grow sales, adopt AI, and more.
