The problem / social issue

Contact details on paper business cards often never make it into digital address books. This is especially true at community events, and trade fairs or any business events, where many connections are made face-to-face but reliable internet access may be limited. The result is lost opportunities for follow-ups, collaboration, and business growth. vCardAI solves this by quickly converting physical cards into structured digital contacts, ensuring no connection is lost.

vCardAI lets anyone snap or upload a card image and instantly get clean, editable contact data. It supports multilingual text and normalizes phone numbers. Users can review, tweak fields, and download a standards‑compliant vCard (VCF) in one click, eliminating manual entry and helping preserve connections.
