Precinct Ranking System

We had a great time doing our first Datathon ever. We faced challenges in reading large amounts of data and having to infer its results. We learned a lot about pandas, data cleaning, and machine learning. We were able to work as a team and use all of our various strengths to generate impactful results. The precinct ranking system can tell the users which precinct is best to target for most voter turnout. We had a great time with this project.
