Inspiration

I cannot write emails honestly. I get nervous and I don't know how to write them.

What it does

You upload your past emails with a short description. Claude will analyze the way you compose your email and compose new emails based on how you write it.

Challenges we ran into

Claude code doesn't really know what it is doing without a clear roadmap of what you want it to do. To effectively utilize Claude code, you need to generate instructions in markdown format and ask claude to finish the tasks one by one. Also, Claude code sometimes will change code that are perfectly working.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

First time using Claude code and I am really happy with the results. Claude code seems to understand a lot of questions I am asking it and it can respond quite well sometimes. Just need to ask it to make minimal changes to the code base.

What we learned

I like to make tools that are simple and effective. If there are ways to help me improve my efficiency, I would look into ways of doing that. I learned a lot about using Google Cloud and OAuth.

What's next for idontknowhowtowriteemails

This is my last hackathon so I am happy to say it has been a great time. I am quite content with what I learned at this hackathon. Much of which included using Google Cloud and setting up Supabase.
